Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with Covebyte. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how cancellations work. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all refunds.

2. 14-day refund on your first payment

If Covebyte is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any subscription plan, monthly or yearly. No questions asked.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

4. Yearly plans

After the first 14 days, yearly plans are not refunded for the unused part of the year. You keep full access until the end of the paid year, and the plan will not renew if you cancel.

5. How to cancel

• Cancel at any time from your account or the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email
• Or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you
• After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for, and you will not be charged again

6. What is not refundable

• Usage charges from your carrier (such as Twilio or Telnyx) for calls and messages, which they bill you directly
• Custom software, integrations and websites, which are covered by the quote or agreement for that project
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, such as sending spam or illegal robocalls

7. Custom projects

For custom software and website projects, payment terms, milestones and any refunds are set out in the written quote or agreement for that project. If something is not delivered as agreed, contact us and we will work to put it right.

8. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to pay and your order number (it is in your receipt). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

9. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
